post-advertising marketplace?
Wowza. Have you actually looked at what you are doing. It is insulting to the global audience on so many levels. You take old world techniques and shove them down the viewers throats. You use geoblocking (and spare me the lecture on why its needed......... it is an affront to the World Wide Web). You spam us with paid views/autoplay. You harass us with offensively long pre-rolls. So post-advertising marketplace? We think not.
Will there be a post-advertising marketplace? Let us hope so, but their will need to be a true revolution in the industry before that happens. So please someone, bring on the semantic web.
We appreciate your passion for the industry and certainly understand your concerns. In part, The NewFront is designed to address what a true revolution would look like, and how we move the industry as a whole forward.
